Ken and Rick are great to work with! I've been taking my 2 BMWs to SAS for about 15 years and have had excellent service every time. When timing was critical twice, I have had rapid emergency service. Work is always completed rapidly and well. Communication is always great if decisions need to be made on somewhat optional items. Ken and his team do great work, which is why we’ve been using them for years. We just had a routine service performed, but we’ve had repairs done on different vehicles as well, and it’s great to have any and all needs addressed completely and competently!

Had a great experience this week with a battery replacement at SAS German Auto. Rick at the front desk was very friendly and easy to work with. They had my battery replacement done within 2 hours. I really appreciated their friendliness and how quick they worked. They were very reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be back the next time my car needs a tuning.
