Ken and Rick are great to work with! I've been taking my 2 BMWs to SAS for about 15 years and have had excellent service every time. When timing was critical twice, I have had rapid emergency service. Work is always completed rapidly and well. Communication is always great if decisions need to be made on somewhat optional items.
