Overall I had a good first experience with SAS German Auto. The AC in my ML 350 was not working and when recharging did not work they diagnosed the compressor issue and fixed it for me. Both Ken and Rick are very nice and their pricing seems reasonable. I may go back to them again for future maintenance of my ML 350

I have been going to the Porsche dealership since buying the vehicle for service and experienced longgg wait times to schedule basic service (over a month out) Went and talked to Sas German Auto and was quite surprised at what I was missing First time there at Sas German Auto with service on my 2008 911 turbo Porsche. Received Great service with highly knowledgeable hands on owner (Ken) and his mechanics Service coordinator (Rick)was very accommodating and kept me up to date with the estimated time of completion I knew that after my first visit with a battery replacement that the company was not only trustworthy but very fair on pricing Went back for some additional work and a new clutch. Same great service. Extremely satisfied and felt VERY comfortable with their services and scheduling practices

I was thrilled to drive it off the lot today and take an extra long drive along our beautiful backroads on my way home!
