Mercedes convertible top was repaired very quickly when nobody else wanted to or had the proper qualifications to repair it. I was impressed to say the least. Based on my experience I highly recommend this shop!

I had a battery issue with my 2007 MBZ SL. They quickly determined the cause of the issue and, on their own, discovered that my warranty covered the free replacement of the battery. I have been a long time customer and have always been treated fairly.

I brought my BMW in SAS German Auto to replace the drive belt after the Dealership Service stated that it needs replacement. After SAS looked at it, they said it does not need replacement yet and the tech said it should last another year or at least drive round trip from the Bay to Southern Cal. They did not charge for the checkup. A year later, I brought it in for regular 50k maintenance, and then have the belt replaced. It gave me 1 extra year of driving without incurring the cost. I really appreciate the honesty.
