I just love this place. Rick and Ken are the best in customer service. They are also honest and straightforward in their assessments. Couple of times they didn't even charge me for services because it was covered under warranty by the dealer. I avoid East Bay BMW when I get a chance. SAS German is my default goto place.

Had a pre-purchase inspection done on a vintage Mercedes. Terrific knowledge and expertise. They provided a super thorough overview of the car’s issues and level of quality. I would go out of my way to go here for an inspection or vehicle repairs.

My sons car had check engine light. They did a diagnostic and was able to do some minor adjustments and reset the codes. They did not have any recommendations for servicing the car. I appreciated their honesty and also their time they took and it was complimentary. I will come back again should the car need services in the future.
Ken and Rick and all the mechanics are great guys they never gave up to find the parts I needed and they all worked extra hard and after hours to find them.
