Have been searching for a BMW service shop for my X5 in the Pleasanton are for a while, we were worried about the costs of service compared to some of the BMW repair shops on Stevens Creek in San Jose. But, Ken was prompt with providing the details of the services our X5 required and explained his rates thoroughly. New rear brakes feel great and car is back in top shape. Will be going back to SAS German Auto in the future for all our BMW repair needs.
