Fast, courteous service and on time. SAS replaced a worn bearing in the rear of the car. The noise it was making sounded like a jet engine in the car. Now it is quiet like a BMW should be.

Trusting my car will work correctly when repairs are finished next week.

I needed to have the microfilter replaced on my 2004 BMW 530i based on the maintenance schedule and had several minor fixes and a vibration at highway speeds that needed to be diagnosed. Ken and his team did all the needed work and diagnosed and fixed the vibration problem quickly. They helped me sort out cosmetic vs necessary work and kept all costs to the minimum. It's really nice to find a mechanic team that is both highly competent and able to be trusted.

Ken and his establishment is everything you would hope for in a small business. He's been in business since the 80's - which is already an incredible accomplishment for any business in Pleasanton, especially in this time. I had originally got quoted roughly $1600~ for a starter replacement by East Bay BMW, and things just didn't add up. I called Ken for a quote and his quote was $800, HALF of East Bay BMW's cost. He was very flexible to accommodate me even PAST his closing time. He repaired my vehicle and got my a genuine OEM BMW starter within a few hours. It's been about 3 weeks and my starter is working BEAUTIFULLY. I will be taking my car and recommending him and his shop to all my other friends who have BMW's. THANK YOU!
