Ken is the best!

I appreciate the timeliness of getting me in and out. I was a little surprised at the cost of replacing a light bulb. Not so much the bulb cost but the labor cost.

Very professional, fast, and easy services. I was referred to SAS because my regular mechanic was too busy to squeeze me in, SAS fixed my car in no time.

As a family who has four BMW's we have been to many shops in the tri-valley and a couple over the hill. SAS has hands down provided the best service, quality and price all in one place. The owner Ken is friendly and knowledgeable and has always taken the time to explain things to us. We found our go to shop. We Highly recommend SAS.

I'm so glad I was referred to SAS German Auto. They do a good job of scheduling, the service was great, and their prices are well below dealer prices. Wish I knew about them years ago!

Ken (and Randy) are the best! They even kept my new (older 2002 Porsche) inside from the rain until I picked it up the next morning.

we had to replace the turn signal in the mirror of our s500 the owner felt bad that the cost of the parts was very expensive, he ordered the part and installed it at no charge for labor!!! not too many places do this. you will be seeing us again! Dependable & convenient service for our Mercedes.

I had a great experience at SAS. They did a quick temporary fix on my tail light, which actually needs replacing. He didn't even charge me, explained what was going on and why it was causing my tail light not to work properly, then gave me an estimate and let me know how long the temp fix would hold up. He was honest and friendly. I'll definitely be back when it's time for the permanent replacement!
