We recently had a issue with my wife's classic 2001 BMW convertible that caused us to begin losing faith in it. Ken and his team got it sorted quickly, provided great communication on the process, and guided her on the right level of repair. It's running great now and we're happy to know we can keep it running well for years to come. About a week after the BMW incident, the brake pad warning light on my 2012 Audi A7 lit up. After several unsatisfactory trips to multiple Audi dealers for warranty service, I was hoping to find somewhere more convenient (and more reasonable) than a dealer. Once again Ken's communication was first rate. He got the car scheduled pretty quickly and kept me informed as his team figured out whether both axles needed brakes, size, cost, etc. and at a significantly lower cost than the dealer.
