Ken went above and beyond in rectifying a problem not resolved in the first visit. Although I had some financial responsibility in the redo Ken waived the amount I owed and absorbed the cost for parts and labor. Will continue to bring my SL55 to Ken for all scheduled and non-scheduled service and repair work.

SAS was highly recommended by another car repair shop in the area who doesn't work on Mercedes. I was looking for an alternative to the high priced dealership and these guys are a great alternative. I feel very confident in their work and the prices are extremely fair. The staff is very friendly and you can count on their scheduling. They deliver.
