I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance for the shop to determine the nature of an anti-freeze leak. I dropped off my vehicle the night before with the hope that it would be looked at before noon. Yes I did not know the amount of work your shop encountered Monday morning. I called at 12 noon and was told that the shop was still looking my vehicle. Correct or not, I believe this meant my car has not been looked at. I was informed that I would receive a call by 1:15 pm with an explanation re: the leak. Two o'clock comes around and no phone call. I haven't had a chance to see the work done to my car because it went to the body shop right after. I'm sure the work performed is great. The experience left a bad taste.
