Satisfied with repairs done. Ken was very straightforward in explaining the repairs done on the car. Cost repairs could be lower but considering quality work performed, then overall acceptable. I recommend SAS for BMW repairs.

I am very thankful for the day I found this German auto shop. Even though I have moved around a bit, I have actually driven from southern California to have my car serviced at S.A.S. I now live in Sacramento and still travel to have such an amazing knowledgable team service my car.

I've had multiple cars serviced by Ken for years now. Very respectable and professional. He doesn't add on things that are not necessary and he always gives me an update on the progress. I am a wanna grease monkey that I used to do my own servicing. I miss doing the work, but I am happy that I've found someone I can trust.

Great service and follow up! Having a car down for repairs can be very disruptive to your family's day-to-day routine and SAS German Auto was very accommodating.

SAS breaks the mold for automobile servicing. Ken and the whole team is professional, courteous, and accommodating. I never feel like I'm getting service that is unnecessary. Very honest.
