I took my 2000 VW Passat for an engine over heating problem and Ken explained and fixed the issue promptly and explained the cause very well. This is the place I going to go to keep my car in good condition so that I can get the maximum out of the car.

SAS German auto never fails to deliver. I brought my car in to have some issues looked at as well as to have the 80K service. Ken took a look, called me and gave me an honest account of the situation (why is it leaking, check engine light, front tire wear, etc...). All-in-all, Ken gave his recommendation in terms of what needs to be fixed and, surprisingly, what doesn't. I agreed and picked up the car one day later to find all of the problems fixed. My M5 has never ran better and I have Ken and staff at SAS German Auto to thank.
